In addition to the above results, our firm has obtained numerous dismissals of DWI cases in which our client’s were given reductions to reckless driving or obstruction of highway. This is very important because the client was facing a DWI conviction which would include increased insurance premiums or cancellation, surcharges from DPS of at least $3000 over 3 years and a conviction that can be used for future enhancements unlike the reductions. *Every case is different. Similar results may not be obtained in your case. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
