The following are a few of the successful results that our lawyer has obtained for his clients*:

Facts: Client drives down the wrong way of a one-way street.  Dallas Police Officer finds clues of odor of alcohol, blood shot eyes, slurred speech and that client failed all field sobriety tests. Client arrested for his 4th DWI, a felony offense. 

Result: Jury finds client Not Guilty.

Facts: Client runs red light and is broad sided in the driver side of his vehicle.  Dallas Police Officer finds clues of odor of alcohol, blood shot eyes, slurred speech, inability to stand and various other signs of intoxication. 

Result: Jury finds client Not Guilty. Driver’s license never suspended. Case expunged off client’s record.

Facts: Client, a single mother, was seen weaving between lanes in Plano, Texas. Plano Police officer testifies that she failed all Standardized Field Sobriety tests, has odor of alcohol, blood shot eyes, slurred speech and took breath test with a result of .098%.

Result: Jury finds client Not Guilty.  Case expunged off client’s record.

Facts: Client stopped by Dallas Police for speeding.  Officer testified that he failed all field sobriety tests, had odor of alcohol and took breath test with a result of .086%. 
Result: Jury finds client Not Guilty. Driver’s license never suspended.
 
Facts: Client speeding on Dallas North Tollway, Texas Trooper testified that client failed the field sobriety tests, slurred speech, odor of alcohol and was arrested for Driving while intoxicated.  

Result: Jury found client Not Guilty. Driver’s license never suspended.

Facts: Client found passed out in vehicle at DFW airport tollbooth line with foot on break while car in drive.  DFW Airport Police testify that she failed all field sobriety tests, had odor of alcohol and blood shot eyes.

Result: Jury found client Not Guilty.

Facts: Client was pulled for hitting a curb and failing to maintain a single lane. Rowlett Police Officer testified that client had watery, blood shot eyes, and odor of alcohol. 

Result: Jury found client Not Guilty. Driver’s license never suspended. Case expunged off client’s record.

Facts: Client was pulled over for failing to maintain single lane and weaving by Keller Police officer. Officer testified that client had odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes and failed all field sobriety tests. 

Result: Jury found client Not Guilty.  Case expunged off client’s record.

Facts: Client stopped by Police officer in Denton County for speeding and weaving and arrested for 2nd DWI.  Officer testified that client failed all field sobriety tests.  Judge excluded evidence of Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test.

Result: Jury found client Not Guilty. 

Facts: Client in the army reserves arrested for DWI with a concealed handgun.  Dallas Police Officer testified that client failed field sobriety tests.

Result: Judge found client Not Guilty.

Facts: Client stopped for speeding, changing lanes without signaling.  Austin police officer states client failed field sobriety tests; admitted to feeling the effects of the alcohol and was intoxicated.

Result: DWI dismissed, and offered obstruction of highway.

In addition to the above results, our firm has obtained numerous dismissals of DWI cases in which our client’s were given reductions to reckless driving or obstruction of highway.  This is very important because the client was facing a DWI conviction which would include increased insurance premiums or cancellation, surcharges from DPS of at least $3000 over 3 years and a conviction that can be used for future enhancements unlike the reductions.
